Poppy Seed Sliders

On New Year's Eve, we had a small group of friends at our house for an evening of snacks, games and talking...lots of talking. We started the evening early because we ended it early. No midnight stuff for us! Part of the group had other events to attend and I was just plain tired from the night before...social butterfly that I am.

Anyway, my point is that we made these Poppy Seed Sliders and they seemed to be well liked. We kinda mis-figured how much our group would eat and had quite a few left over but they keep well in the refrigerator.

For the topping:

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 tsp. The Spice Shack Parsley (or Oregano for an Italian twist)

2 tsp. mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Make 12 miniature ham and cheese sandwiches and put them in a 9x13" pan. We used the brown and serve dinner rolls but the Hawaiian rolls would probably be delicious for these. After mixing the topping ingredients, pour them over the sandwiches. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
