Because it is so gentle and because it's taste is tolerated by most children, chamomile is sometimes called the "children's tea". Used to make a relaxing tea before bed or often added to herbal bath blends. Also used to make conditioner for light-colored hair. For tea: pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of chamomile flowers, cover, and let steep for five minutes, then strain. Add a little honey to chamomile tea, as it brings out the natural sweetness of the flowers.
