Lemongrass is best known for its use as a tasty tea, by itself or in combination with other herbs. It makes an ideal, appetite-promoting, before-dinner tea, as well as a tummy-soothing, after-the-meal tea. Lemongrass has a fresh, light, lemony flavor and scent. For tea: pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately. Not to be used during pregnancy. DID YOU KNOW?
