Austin Steak Rub is crunchy first, and then you get a lovely mouthful of salty, oniony goodness that is followed with some herbaceousness and a little bit of heat from the different chile flakes.
Vegetarians, don't feel left out! Try this on veggie burgers or black bean burgers.
On fish or poultry: use only half a tablespoon per pound of meat.
Suggested Use: 2 tablespoons per pound of steak.

Coarse black pepper, roasted minced garlic, onion flakes, shallots, coarse sea salt, oregano, red pepper flakes and ancho flakes
